SIBE was a student run media initiative at the University of Warwick, with a focus on solutions oriented media. Between 2011 and 2013 SIBE produced over a hundred live web-TV shows and documentaries exploring a diverse range of student issues, like student democracy, health and wellbeing and ethical consumerism. SIBE productions also explored student life on campus, showcased theatre and other student talent and the comedy series The Westwood Mailroom featured students nominating their top woes of life on campus. The series The Breakout brought together civic practitioners from global, national, local and student organisations to explore innovation in practice in a globalising and increasingly connected world.

Hundreds of students were involved in producing SIBE's TV shows and documentaries, thousands of students tuned into SIBE's content and hundreds of students, academics, practitioners and people from the community participated in the discussions featured in SIBE's productions.
